 I’m a doctoral-level therapist (Psy.D; LMFT 91087) and researcher specializing in anxiety-related disorders and couples therapy/family-based treatment. Additionally, I see a variety of adults struggling with mood disorders, men’s issues, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. A significant portion of my practice is dedicated to serving licensed medical providers and first responders. Whether you’re feeling stressed, depressed, or aren’t exactly sure what’s happening, your life doesn’t have to be restricted!

I‘m currently offering Telehealth (video/phone therapy) appointments only.
